Complaints Regulations
These Complaints Regulations regulate the conditions and procedures for the application of complaints in accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection.

1. Right to claim
The consumer has the right to claim liability for defects (claim) within 24 months from the receipt of the goods. The claim applies to defects that have not been caused by misuse or mechanical damage.
2. Method of claiming
Claims can be made as follows:
- by e-mail: iplikator@iplikator.eu
- in writing to the trader's address
- via the form: PDF | ODT | DOCX
The consumer is obliged to enclose proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) with the claim.
3. Time limit for processing the complaint
The trader is obliged to process the complaint within 30 days of its receipt. The consumer shall be informed of the complaint by e-mail or in writing.
Upon receipt of the complaint, the trader shall issue a confirmation of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim has been settled, a report on the settlement is drawn up.
4. Method of complaint handling
According to the current law, the complaint can be handled by:
- removing the defect,
- replacing the goods,
- a reasonable discount on the price,
- refunding the purchase price.
5. Failure to accept the goods claimed
If the consumer does not take delivery of the goods within 60 days of the claim, the trader has the right to charge a storage fee.

This Complaints Procedure is available on the trader's website and comes into force on 14.4.2025.
