Press the iplikator gently onto the painful area (avoid using on open wounds), gradually increasing pressure: start with light pressure for 10 seconds, then intensify it every following 10 seconds. Total procedure duration should not exceed one minute. This technique effectively reduces pain. If discomfort persists, repeat after a short pause until the pain fully subsides.
