These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the rights and obligations of the trader and the consumer when purchasing goods through the website www.iplikator.eu in accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll.

1. Goods and characteristics

The trader offers for sale medical and rehabilitation devices that are intended for home use. Registered in the EUDAMED database.

2. Prices and payment terms

All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT. The buyer can pay for the goods:

• Cash on delivery
• Credit card via payment gateway

3. Delivery terms

Goods are delivered via Slovak Post, courier or Packets. Delivery time is usually 1–5 working days.

4. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The withdrawal form is available on the website.

5. Complaints and liability for defects

Complaints are governed by the complaints procedure published on the website. The time limit for processing is 30 days.

6. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and is regulated in the document „Personal data protection principles“.

The consumer has the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the platform:
